Return & Refund Policy

At BritDeals UK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components supplied with the item

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, BritDeals UK will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with this policy.
